William Noel, owner of Noel’s Specialty Foods & Catering, looks forward to sharing his experience, his skills, his love of cooking, and his menus with you, your family, and your friends. Featured in Bon Appetit and Gourmet Magazine, as well as being the recipient of numerous culinary awards, Chef Noel’s talents have previously been enjoyed locally at the Red Clover Inn, The Lilac Inn, and Taylor’s.

Noel’s Specialty Foods product line, including flavored butter, cream cheese, and seafood spreads (available in major supermarkets including Price Chopper and Whole Foods), will be featured frequently at the restaurant.

Marcia Stoller, formerly with the Garlic Restaurant in Killington, is the General Manager at Noel’s, bringing her unique “people skills” to the restaurant, guaranteeing each guest a warm smile and a special feeling of welcome.

Both Chef Noel and Marcia are committed to making Noel’s ‘part’ of the Sunrise community, not just a ‘restaurant on the premises.’ The food is delicious, the staff looks forward to getting to know you and serving you each day, the bartenders will learn your favorites, and fun and laughter will prevail…along with lots of crayons and really great hot chocolate! Besides enjoying an outstanding lunch, a full-service bar, or a quiet evening dining in at Noel’s, catering and take-out options are also available.

Lunch is always served seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dinners are served Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. During Holiday Weeks, both lunch and dinner will be served daily.

Chef Noel’s children say that when a grilled cheese is burnt it is called a BOY cheese and if it’s cooked right, it is then a GIRL cheese. Made with your choice of cheese. - $5.95

Grilled to perfection, served on a toasted bulky roll with lettuce and tomato - $8.95

Marinated Garden Vegetables
Grilled garden vegetables (including a Portabella mushroom) lightly marinated in balsamic vinaigrette, placed on your choice of bread with fresh mozzarella cheese and finished in the oven. - $10.95
